1. Product Warranty (Limited Lifetime Warranty):
We guarantee that all outdoor lighting fixtures installed by Light Me Up Bellevue are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a lifetime from the date of installation. If any defects arise during this period, we will repair or replace the defective fixture(s) at no additional cost.

2. Transformer and Electrical Components Warranty:

• All transformers installed by Light Me Up Bellevue are covered under warranty.

• The warranty does not cover service calls to reset circuit breakers or GFCIs. If anyone other than a qualified Light Me Up Bellevue technician accesses the transformer for any reason other than timer adjustment, this warranty is void. Any additional fixtures that are added to the transformers that may cause the transformer to overload will void the warranty.

3. Brass and/or Copper Fixtures Warranty:

• All brass and/or copper fixtures and well light fixtures installed by Light Me Up Bellevue are covered under warranty.

• Any fixtures damaged by homeowner or third-party will not be covered by warranty.

4. Warranty Coverage Details (Limited Lifetime Warranty):

• Brass, heavy-duty glass covers are covered under warranty.

• The warranty does not cover lost or stolen lens covers or scratches. Glass and plastic lens covers that have been covered in mulch or other debris resulting in damage are not covered by this warranty.

• Low-voltage wire is covered under warranty.

• The warranty does not cover wire mistakenly cut by the property owner or other vendors or electrical shortage to the line as a result of anything being driven, stapled or manipulated into the wire lines.

• LED bulbs are covered under warranty for 3-years.

5. Exclusions:

The following items are not covered under the Light Me Up Bellevue warranty:

• All Lighting Control Automation controls, modules and astronomical timers.

• Halogen bulbs.

• Any lens cover with a painted finish.

• Commercial fixtures.

• RGBW (Red, Green, Blue, White) or any color-changing fixtures.

• Integrated non-field-serviceable fixtures.

• Holiday lighting and festive products including but not limited to C9 bulbs and wire, wreaths, garland, string lighting, tree wraps, etc.

6. Annual Service Requirement:
To be eligible for the warranty policy outlined above, it is a requirement that your outdoor lighting system is serviced annually by Light Me Up Bellevue technician  Failure to adhere to this requirement may void the warranty.

7. Warranty Service:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Light Me Up Bellevue at LightMeUpBellevue@gmail.com. Our team will promptly assess the issue and provide appropriate repair or replacement services as per the terms of this warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability:
Light Me Up Bellevue's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products, transformers, electrical components, or LED bulbs as outlined above. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of our products.

9. Transferability:
This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the property where the outdoor lighting system is installed. However, the warranty period will not be extended beyond the original duration from the date of installation.

10. Modifications:
Light Me Up Bellevue reserves the right to modify or amend this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. By engaging Light Me Up Bellevue for your outdoor lighting needs, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this warranty policy.
